Jenna-Leigh Hannah was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She attended high school at Saint Mary's School in Raleigh and later earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University. She currently resides in Pittsboro. Jenna prides herself on her ability to find properties custom-tailored to her clients' needs. First-time homebuyers find it particularly easy to work with Jenna, as she understands the ins and outs of finding that first special home. She also has extensive knowledge of excellent financing options for first-time buyers. Many former renters have found that Jenna can help them transition into homeownership at a price similar to their rent, allowing them to take advantage of the tax benefits of owning a home. Jim Taylor has lived in the Triangle area for over 30 years and takes pride in his deep knowledge of the region. He earned his degree in Political Science/Public Administration from Michigan State University and briefly attended law school in Michigan. He resides in Durham with his wife, Janet, who works for Duke Clinical Research Institute. Jim specializes in negotiation. For over 20 years, he represented several Fortune 500 companies, playing a key role in securing multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts. Jim brings these negotiation skills to the table for all 751 Realty clients. Whether you're buying or selling, he will work tirelessly to get the best possible results for you.
Ross Hannah (Walter Ross Hannah) was born and raised in Concord, North Carolina, and moved to Raleigh in 2003 to attend North Carolina State University. He soon realized the Triangle was where he wanted to stay. After graduating, Ross began working in the technology field. Through his own real estate transactions, he saw opportunities to make the process more efficient using technology. Motivated by this insight, Ross began working in real estate to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals more efficiently. As the team's technology guru, Ross enjoys showing properties on nights and weekends. He is also well-versed in investment properties, having invested in the Triangle himself. He is a member of several real estate investment organizations in the region.
